I think mods have a reason for giving infractions. You can try to explain tho. And also read over the rules in case.

since also your post's deleted, make sure you're not selling accounts, money exchanges, or vcc selling
True, sometimes I think there's a little too much red tape here though. I can see a reason for most of the rules, but I think that in some instances the spirit of the rules are lost in translation, and infractions are given a little to liberally. This should be a more conservative forum, less government interaction, laissez-faire!
a user posted a SCript without any price ! i checked their site and script was around 300$ ! so i just replied : My replied deleted . i got infraction . but as humblestudent said :
if I read it correctly in rules, if you're not intended to buy or the post have no value added, it'll be deleted and inf given... well as long as you go by the rules stated at FAQ section, its fine. complaints will only lead to more inf. And I agree there should be more freedom and less governmental interaction type and less rules, and no matter how many time I emailed the admin to allow scam, spams, frauds and fraudlent cards/accounts, they wont listen
Yeah, just take it - pretty much everyone has received infractions that were nonsense, but you just have to bare with it
