add debit card to paypal

so i if i use VCC i can be in trouble as it is against TOS so can it punish even for impriosonment? or evenm serious?

wow g8 thnx sumeetindia, have tried before but couldnt locate the code, will try again. but ihave few doubts

1. wt if i created vcc worth Rs 2000 & use it to register with paypal, they charge around $2 membership fee. can i use the same verified vcc again (one or multiple transactions) for the remaining amount ($2 - Rs2000) through paypal?

2. to the contrary vcc can be logged only once over the net, once logged even if the transaction does not happen the vcc will cease preventing any further usage & the funds would be credited back to your bank account, so how do you use vcc with paypal since only one transaction is allowed, & for how long can v keep this verified vcc active in paypal?

i dont know if this would work but 1 solution is v can create a vcc of just the amount $2 required for verifying, then adding vcc's to paypal as & when ther is a requirement but again i dont know if v hav to verify every card v register with paypal??

i could use a credit card instead but i dont want to let loose my credit card all over the web.

Well . .I am not 100% Sure bUT here are the answers

Your NetSafe Card is created online in real time for an amount decided by you and valid for maximum 48 hrs.The NetSafe Card is an online, single transaction card. Therefore it cannot be used more than once, nor can it be used on a swiping machine.I will recommend you to make a card of Rs 100 and use it for Verification purpose.They will charge about 2$ and after the card expires the remaining abount will be credited back to your savings account

Now even after your card expires OR remove the card you remain verified.
As the credit card is only valid for 48 hours there is very rare chance that you loose it .BUT You can delete the card as soon as the processing is done. . Like if you have verified yourself from paypal using the netsafe card (you will have to provide them the Statement code) you can delete it just after the whole process is completed

I think this might help... Try to signup for an Obopay Mastercard. It's free and there's a $10 bonus. i think they operate worldwide and the company started or was a dream of a worker in the Congo/DRC. If you're able to get an obopay account, you can use the direct deposit info they give to set up your verification for paypal? This might help... Good luck to you.

OboPay is valid only for US citizens. Can you suggest anything like this that is valid for wordwide ?
