I can advice you to make your own website with interesting content. Submit it to many directories, publish a lot of articles which contains a link to your website. When your site will recieve traffic - you can participate in Googla Adsense or other PPC, or parametres such as Page Rank - You can sell Text Links Just try and read Forum
Depends on how much you need...but i imagine the best way is doing services (check sales->services forum) and getting payed for them. You may do a site but i think in order you to get a decent amount of money you´ll spend a lot of time doing it. (if you´re a student you may not have much time)
