    You want traffic in your site no do social book mark, article submission,create blog and submit that blog to blog directory and submit rss feed do link bait.

    Social networking sites helps to get more traffic. article submission is also helpful.

    It not quality traffic. Maybe it's true that you can get real traffic from real people but the traffic isn't quality because it's an exchange traffic.
