    No it can't mate, not even close. You lose considerable quality. Professionals still mostly use SLR's rather then DSLR's unless their Hasselblad or something similar.

    Cellular phone camera's have tiny censors, no wonder why they can't match real digital camera photo's.

    Yep, that´s what i´m saying. More isent always better. The sensor may be bigger (or not) but the quality is very important.
    It´s like comparing 2 brand new cameras, a Chinesse one (which usually have less quality) and a Pentax or Leica. They may have the same MP but the quality is totally diferent
