The script must:
-Be very fast
-Give codes for forums blogs, etc...
-MUltiple files
-Allow remote and url upload

 

How fast do you need it? And does it also include coding the template and then installing the script there or just make the script?

If you're good at designing you can do the template too, if not, just leave it and make an easy structure for the designer to work with.
I'll install the script, I'll only need basic instructions.

2) multiple pics per one submit
3) and after successful file upload it should give you download link
4) something more?

Tomorrow I should be able to show you working demo. I'm getting close to finishing the site. I have used open source upload script but I have tweaked it to suit your needs better.
