Do any of these exsist? I know that COPEAC will payout every five days if you have $5,000 in commissions, but otherwise I do not have any information.

Yes they do exist. There are a good few programs that pay weekly, but there are far less that will pay daily and if not hardly any. I would much prefer a program that pays weekly rather than daily as I know that they are more likely to be legit.
Most fo the programs I manage will pay weekly for a good producer. The reason some programs dont like to is to wait for the returns or backouts to occur.
There are a few that pay weekly, although some require big money before paying. I use COPEAC and Affiliace who both pay out weekly (affiliace pay be Paypal too) and have always paid me on time...
They wont let u login to ur account, I think their sites got error in the login area and the support is so damn crappy? they wont respond and they send u junk account statement daily! TOTAL Crap!!!!!!
