I think some problem in your site navigation scheme. Did you created Sitemap.xml and verify it into Google Webmaster Tool?

    Possible Reasons:
    1. Duplicate title tag and content..
    2. The internal linking pages are not structured well.
    3. You dont have a sitemap xml.
    4. Google updates on its data.
    5. Be sure the size of your pages is not huge.
    6. Possible problem of the hosting.

I recommend to monitor your index pages daily. :D

Do you have more than one possible url for any pages.. sometimes you can do a site:www... commmand in google and sometimes its different if you use site:http://www.
Sometimes it may look like all the pages are not being spidered but they are, just under a different url, this is worse for dynamic webpages

Yea that might be the case in your site, please check indexed pages with
    site:http://www(.)domainname(.)com and
    site:http://domainname(.)com

you will find difference in the indexed pages.
