They are making some money, but that's about it. It is still worth it, though. You combine it with the other avenues, and it all adds up.
Yea, but the ringtone demographic is like 14-25 so your wife might not care about getting a ringtone of 'Crank That' by Soulja Boy, but a lot of others will.
Won't this become incredibly saturated from this point on? Everyone is going to be trying this in order to make a quick buck. Thanks for this method though, gets rid of the million of people trying to sell the same method.
Isnt there a way to put a link into the beginning and end of the video for user to click right on instead of having them retype a URL into their browser ? Many people would be too lazy to retype the link. Where is a good ringtone affiliate to direct them to ?
To get around the copyright law what if you were to put the watermark on a blank screen before the video starts and after it ends. that way the watermark is not actually showing when the video is on
Or find a video that is not watermarked and already uploaded to Youtube. Make a great description for it with some keywords and embed it on page with your affiliate offer and a few other ads on it. Easy to find hundreds of them.
sorry. its been awhile. i have been busy with a new product i may be releasing... anyways, i try to put up as many videos as i can without spamming too much. the amount i put up varies. you have to make sure that you comment on other popular videos that are from the same artist or similar artists. this will help drive traffic to your videos. 1000 views with no sales...? maybe your offer is page is not converting...is your affiliate company a proven converting site?is your link cloaked? keep at it and don't rely on just a couple videos. the power in this technique is repetition.
Okay... that might seem like a "good fast way to make some bucks"... but this is really in the gray area - or more like in the black and "putting watermark BEFORE/END the video" isn't going to help with copyright infriction. I mean... If I steal Lost episodes and put "MyGreatSite.com" BEFORE the movie starts, I would be still stealing. To me this most likely leads to: 1) Loads of video spam 2) Loads of people doing loads of work while the income keeps shrinking 3) Not really providing value to customers (which is the reason why people are in business in the first place) 4) Not to mention risks of YouTube banning your accounts (videos), or the possible copyright problems. Perhaps it works, perhaps one doesn't get any problems... and I think this shows CREATIVITY from people who have figured out how to make this work - but I also think these creative minds could bring much better sources for income. Just my two cents.
By "embed" do you mean watermark it and load an opening and closing link ? What bothers me is that many people will just type in the url without the affiliate tag wont they ?
i even know a better way to get some quick and easy cash: 1-find a famous artist it could be a singer, actor, painter,.....just make sure he is a multimillionaire 2-find one of his houses 3-break into the house 4-find some valuable items 5-grab them and run away it's illegal man,and there is no difference between the two methods no matter how hard you try to falsify.
Just to throw my nuggets of wisdom around: 1) If it's fast and easy - it's illegal 2) If it's fast and legal - it's difficult to make money out of it 3) If it's easy and legal - it's damn slow There are no shortcuts in this business and the sooner you realize that, the better. Regards, George
Well in the end the fastest way to make money is working. Provide services, market those services and when you notice you have enought to start your own business. After all even cutting grass or washing cars pay up in the end of the week.
