Does anyone else have a deep, burning hatred for Dr. Phil? I can't say exactly what it is I hate about him. But I definitely do. My wife is making me watch a Dr. Phil special right now, he is interviewing Paula Abdul and setting her up with guys.
A lot of men detest Dr. Phil...I guess some women do too, I don't know why. But thanks for reminding me to watch! I wanted to see this special. Too bad I missed the first half.
come on. Dr Phil's generic advice is a ton better than everyone else's generic advice. Just let the brain suckers take away your ability of free thought.
Why people even pay attention to Dr. Phil, or even watch those talk shows for anything other then a laugh at the host. I mean the show is just made for ratings, there is obviously no education from it.
I think Dr Phil is a dick. Some of the garbage I've heard on his show before I put my foot down and asked if I could leave the room when it was on made my blood run cold.
Dr. Phil's appeal is that viewers get into watching other peoples lives that are more screwed up than their own. A more PC version of Jerry Springer. But a few people may get something positive out of Dr.Phil at least.

...so picture this - Paula Abdule - a hip, successful, accomplished and hot woman with obvious fashion sense living the Americian dream is going to a not so hip (give me a break - he looks stiff even in his vintage Corvette with the roof down) 'old guy' that looks and acts like my dad for relationship advice. I think Paula may already know in her heart and certainly her head what she is looking for!!

Most of what he says is just plain ol' common sence. It seems there is not a lot of that going around lately as the gene pool is just too diluted or currupt or brain suckers have somehow stolen it (common sence). Unfortunately it is how he says it and belittles people just for ratings is akin to a public flogging and the way he does it makes him short a being a full bread horse that can't carry on the line. Sorry about two posts in a row Phill always gets my panties in a twist.
