oops I surf alot with adblock on.;) Becuase I can't produce invalid impressions on my own CPM ads and pops and I forget. I removed the pops and Kontera from the terms of service page.

The document looks fine. Was there something in particular you are trying to protect against?

Well as section (5) of my terms of service. I disclaim no liability and warn users not use the web proxies services for accessing sensitive data such as banking websites. Does that part alright?

I think that section is fine and a good warning. You might want to change the name of that section from "Suggestions" to "Warning" or "Prohibited Uses". Calling it "suggestions" makes it seem optional.

Okay good idea. I renamed section (5) , and I have revised the terms and services in section (1) to include that it is unacceptable to access banks and such and refer back to section (5) from there to warn users not use my service for accessing sensitive data.

    Okay I'm confused :p

No, the proxy server my internet connection is currently on auto-filters 'proxy avoidance' sites. :)

If I could get to your site, it would make the proxy I am on pointless :) lol. So as part of this proxies filtering, it disallows sites that are proxies.
