Hmm...hard to tell. Here are my thoughts: The site: It doesn't look very inviting, although the sales tunnel is quite good. I'd think twice before giving you my credit card. The branding: This is one of the biggest reasons places like amazon and other eComm places are so sucessful. When it comes to giving credit card numbers, people are very picky. If your main goal is to get people to register, then you are providing prices "too early". If people know that to continue using your service they'd have to pay a minimum of $20 they might not want to bother registering for a free account. I think it would be better to allow them to register without picking an account type and then to allow them to choose their type in the account settings. Just a few thoughts.
The site really looks like a thousand others just like it. There is nothing to distinguish yours. Come up with something unique so you can work on branding it.
My thoughts exactly. It seems cookie-cutter. Make it something unique, something that will inspire trust and show dedication.
