Traffic: 20,000 unique visitors last month, around 700 - 1000 uv per day.

Been online since 14 months back and like 12 months with this design. Everything you see on the site is custom made. Design,script, myspace layouts,custom written tutorials, and glitter graphics (some of the graphics is bought in packs so not unique).The mascot is worth $200 alone.
Spent so much money on this project, and we got alot of great feedback telling me that this is one of the best looking myspace resource site.

Hired a SEO guy to seo optimize the site. It cost me $200.

As you can see every URL is SEO optimized.
So many features on this site, it's all custom made by my designer/coder and it's and amazing site. The site hasnt been updated in 13 months! Still it receive great traffic and revenue every month. Imagine if you start update again, the website could grow rapidly. Or you can have like I have it, without any updates/work and simply make money Its currently doenst have any admin backend.

When I updated it I just uploaded the images via ftp to the folder and the images show up on the site. When we launched the site we did some advertising on other myspace sites and i growned really fast. Some months later on we got a $10,000 valid offer but we said no at that time.

Revenue: Last year it made around $2300 US from adsense - ~$800 from valueclickmedia - and ~$500 from linksales. (In the beginning of that year we made some advertising on myspace etc so the traffic and revenue was higher back then)

Last month was ~$85 from adsense - another ~$35 from valueclick and $50 from link sales, total: ~$170

Im selling this based on revenue, money spent on design/script/content and it's pontential. Also, what you see is what you get, i cant make any changes for you, they may be small problems which is an easy fix for the right person.


Im taking offers from $500 which is ultra low for a site like this. Spent $xxxx in the past for this site.
