Moving from DreamHost to HostGator, problem encountered

Just this morning, I bought a HostGator hosting just for fun.

Now, I tried to change my old DreamHost's domain nameserver to the one HostGator provided me.

The problem is my domain still points on my DreamHost account and not the HostGator! Grrrr.. :(

    Can somebody help me out?

The DNS servers change may take up to 48 hours. However, is your domain registered with Dreamhost?

You have to wait 24 hours to your nameservers propagate all over the internet.

But, were you able to properly modify the domain nameservers?

    Yes it is.

Ooops, I'm not transferring it. I know that by changing the nameserver, you could make a domain point to another host.

    What's that.. :D

    I think so. I clicked set nameservers. :D I changed NS1 and NS2.

Can you check if conradmiguel.com still points to Build that Geek blog? If so, that means it's still pointing to my DreamHost account. :(

If 48 hours have already passed, I would contact Dreamhost support - submit a ticket.

Your domain is already working at the hostgator server.
