Search form message - Need help

Hi in my www.bandstreaming.com you can see the search form with message "Type Artist or Song Name here"

What i wanted to happen there is when you click the search form that message will disappear.. How can i do that..?


Please let me know..

 

hi, you could use onclick or onfocus, use on focus so if they tabbed into the field it would clear:

<input name="search" type="text" class="searchbar"  value="Type Artist or Song Name here" size="6" onfocus="this.value=''" />
