I dont know how to park a domain. I'm sure if you were to ask someone on this forum they would know. The proxies are currently hosted at cloak host I use the starter plan for 6.99 a month

I have decided to start this back up again since the buyer that BIN didnt come through. proxy-unlimited is now getting 200 uv a day heres a new adsense ss. I realized why I wasnt earning that much from adsense was because i never put ads on the proxified pages. Now my clicks have doubled.( I put ads on proxified pages now) BIN still 45 proxy-listing still has highest bid with 35 Next reasonable bid takes it. I will offer to leave the proxies on my host til march 1st or they can be moved within an hour of payment. (if files are moved to new host i will leave files on my server for 24 hours til the domain resolves so you have no down time.)
