So I was laughing my butt off this weekend at that Tom Cruise Scientology video when I heard that Anonymous declared war on the Church of Scientology. Today they were responsible for DDoS attacks on like 14 different Scientology websites. Has anyone else been following this? I would just like to hear others opinions on this. I originally heard about Anonymous when they phished over 72000 myspace profiles (and released the emails and passwords on the web). Also, when they were involved with getting some pedophile (i dont remember his name) arrested. Oh and the code name for the war is Project Chanology and thats the official site.
This is very impressive. But the effect of this would be reverse, as more people would be attracted to scientology, to know more about it. scientology is a legitimate business, and all its clients are suckers. Just leave them alone. They will find out in the end, that everything was a scam.
I don't care much for the Xenuphobes, but the hooligans who hang out on those #chan sites loosely organizing raids on websites every week are truly loathesome. They have attacked one of my sites before on a whim.
I agree. They are a loathsome bunch. Some of the stuff they do is actually interesting (like this current attack). However, I disagree with their Operation Myspays. I actually got onto one of their IRC chats to see what was up in them (I am writing some articles about the current operation). I ended up getting booted and banned bc one of their admins/mods found a myspace profile that looked like my irc user name. See the screen shots: 1 2 I dont even have a myspace profile lol.
Funny thing is that The Regime, a scientologty friendly hacker group, hacked 711chan.org calling anon amateur skiddies and bragged all over youtube how mighty the regime was and how anon was epic fail. Well, g00ns (another hacker group) did not like that at all and hacked the regime and seized control over regimes webpage and revealed personal information about regimes leaders. The Regimes first epic fail. And then it turned out that regime did not at all hack 711chan, not in the traditional sense of hacking anyway. They had infiltrated 711chans admins computer with a keylogger, but claimed to have hacked the site. Epic fail again
Well, just go to regimes homepage, http://www.regimeorder.com , and see for yourself. Make sure you press the "stop" button in your web reader after it has opened because you'll get automatically transferred to the g00ns forum after 10 seconds or something like that.. Also, here's regimes bragging youtube video: http://youtube.com/watch?v=cHFqNySAiR4
Bravo buddy. These people are lunatics that will believe any old shit, they are better off left alone IMO.
And it continues. I guess there are going to be some huge protests this Sunday (http://www.nbc11.com/news/15191161/detail.html) IRC Hackers Set Date For Anti-Scientology Protests Hackers Say They Will Congregate At Scientology Locations Hackers who launched a massive online attack against the Church of Scientology are now turning to real-world protests to draw attention to what they call a "vast moneymaking scheme under the guise of 'religion."...
Anyone (person or group) that sells you knowledge for profit is a scammer. Someone with noble intentions will not take your money to enlighten you.
What about Bill O'Reilly mate? He takes money off of gullible white males with low IQ's for profit with his "Premium Membership" on his official website.
