Adsense Ready WordPress Theme

Hey all,

I need an adsense ready WP theme. I'm having a very hard time finding a good one. The ideal theme would have:

1. Widget ready.
2. Very clean look.
3. Easy to customize (ie. to change items on sidebars, colors, etc.).
4. SEO friendly.
5. Optimized adsense placement, especially with horizontal links bar at top.
6. Lots of plug-ins in it already.
7. FREE!!!

Can you help me? Any links would be really great.

Thanks for the links everyone. I will be checking them all out in detail. It's hard to find a really clean one. Most of them look funky with dark backgrounds. I'll keep looking, and checking these out of course.
