Offering Free Web Hosting in exchange for text link

I am offering free web hosting in exchange for 2 text link linking back to my hosting site. The hosting is for top level domains like mysite.com and not a subdomain like mysite.freehosting.com. The text links should be in the footer of every page on the site that is being hosted.
