2 sales on CJ , $200 commission. when i will get paid?

hi,
today i see 2 sales, and my account have $200 commission.

1: when i will get paid?
2: what happen if buyer will get refund, will it back from cj account.?
3: before i get paid. is it necessary to get 5 or 6 different sales? because i can see both sales from same company.

you will be paid depending on the minimum amount that you set in your account. cj is not like clickbank you do not need 5/6 different sales just a dollar amount to be over your selected min monthly payment.

2: then you get nothing
3: no
