you should first try a first tier ad network like rocket profit or Azoogleads if you have quality traffic. Same offers - better tracking and payouts.

I'm signed up with rocketprofit, but noticed that neverblue pays out higher for the same offers. Never blue is first tier in my book. There are those who are making 50k a month with them. Also, Cash Lagoon is signed up with them. Once you get in, they assign you an affiliate manager and even give you their personal cell phone number.

    moenytalkpro,
Never Blue is a CPA/CPL network and don't pay you per click.
However, they do show you an average earning per click (EPC) which is what you are referring to.

I really like their network, offers and affiliate managers

If you don't have a website, then mention what you will be doing with their network in the comments box or somewhere on the application form. Either that or give them a call so that they know how you will be promoting their offers.
