That I don't think is the truth! EVERY ONE trusted RALPH and enjoyed his offers! Ralph admitted many times that he was NEW and did not know much!

Selling UNLIMITED plans had nothing to do with this! IT WAS THE POOR Management that Ralph had that caused this issue!

 

If anyone trusted an unlimited space and bandwidth offer they must be a total newbie to hosting.

 

I agree it is a sales PITCH! But done right can be a benefit for all parties involved.
My personal experiences say Unlimited is fine as long as you HAVE the resources and means to support the accounts. Ralph apparently did not or did not want to invest for this. This UNLIMITED hosting business will eat a server alive. You have to be prepared for the worst even if that means putting new servers on line on the fly to cover your ass!

 

I looked at like this 20 dollars a year to host one site so it would be on a different IP so my other sites could reap the benefit of cheap backlinks.

In any case not big deal I will do a charge back since it was bought on a credit card

I don't think it's good in anyway, Unless you have servers with TB's of space, And don't charge a one time/yearly fee.

If you want very cheap hosting go with an Unlimited addon domain shared account from a reputable company or get a cheap vps.

Did you bother to actually look at the specs? WOW! You really are slow.

 

Take into count this! HIS VPS was not strong enough to host all the Extra software he had installed. Not to mention 12 accounts using 12 MySQL and 20 blogs. Forget proxy's and everything else! I THINK that Cameron deserves a +1 for MODERATING .... He has really not wanted this and Has in my mind did MORE than any other other host would do to AT LEAST get you back ups....
Take the back ups he offered, or the new account he offered. He never had to do a DAMN THING!
Unlimited accounts are available at cheap prices! BUT WHEN buying them I think there should be a FORUM rule 6+ Months in business!
