    If he's a decent guy he should be happy. Are you planning on having a relationship with his sister? He's your friend for a reason, if he likes you enough, he should be happy that his sister has you. But a one timer? I dont know, you tell him or keep quite. But if he hears about it from someone else you're even more screwed! Why tell him on his bday?
