Looking for business partner (Webhost Company)

What I am looking for:

I am looking for a serious partner with some business (webhosting or net experience would be great) who is looking to make money.

Some background Information about the business:

I run a webhost called Pastilles Networks and have done for two years but it needs some extra strength to move forward. It needs fresh ideas, and a new direction to become more successful. It’s not making a great amount of profit at the moment so anyone who does come in must realise they won’t get paid instantly. There are many processes and procedures that need to be put in order and I need someone with some more business experience to assist with this. Anyone who can be asset to the company.

The company also runs several websites but has limited control over these. So the partner will have little influence in these unless they become involved in the sites separately.

I would like to retain decision making authority in the company.
Things will only change by our hard work and determination so the partner needs this!

I will have nearly 1k to improve the business soon.

I *May* be interested, but I don't trust these online partnerships. So long as one person holds the domain name, He's the absolute owner. If you lived closer to me in the States, I would definitely be interested.

How much of an investment are you looking for ?

 

You have a nice logo there, but a bad design and not proffessional...
try improving how the main page looks like because that's the vital stuff..

 

Thanks we thought a simple clear design would be best. What do you mean by not professional? The site is very professional looking in my opinion. Maybe you can open my eyes or something? ..

Just to add something to my original post above. We are planning a second webhosting project for sometime in the future. We would like the partner to become very much involved in this too.

I have to agree, The design is very bland. Maybe add some images to your hosting plans at the bottom and improve the links bar to the side

Hmm... I don't see how the sidebar can be improved. Without it looking templatey... What images can be added to the hosting plans?

It's a website selling packages. I'm not sure our target market wants to see unnecessary images.

 

your page layout is fine dude, i just googled it then and had a look.

looks like most webhost sites do, so i dont know what the others are on about.

 

I would just like to say, i work with matt on a different site and can vouch for him being a soun guy and any money/time you invest will be a sound investment.

Ive not had any problems what so ever, hes online a lot of the time and so you can guarentee he will be around if there any problems

 

I've been looking for the same on my web hosting venture for some time mate. Little luck. Most have either

1. No skills.
2. No money.

I have both. Just need someone more tech savy. I am more of a marketing, sales, internet guru. Not a nuts and bolts chappie.
