    I like hxxp://googlerankings.com, it will give results for GOOGLE, YAHOO, MSN, ASK. You might need Google api code to check google.

    SEO Elite is useful for tracking sites position for keywords. You can track the main SE's for the keywords you choose. That's about all I use it for and I wouldn't buy it for that.

    for an old site i used to run, i used to use their free stats package. can't remember the name, it was pretty generic though. but googlerankings is a good start

    I use Rank-Tracker.

    It does what you need and not only does it tell you your ranking for keywords on a range of Search Engines. It also generates Charts so that you can see how you are going over time.
