best tool to track SERPS position

what are the best (both free and paid) tools to track a website's position in the search engines?

i need to track the top 50 keywords that drive traffic to my site and the exact position in serps day by day. whats the best tool for that?

 

I like hxxp://googlerankings.com, it will give results for GOOGLE, YAHOO, MSN, ASK. You might need Google api code to check google.

 

SEO Elite is useful for tracking sites position for keywords. You can track the main SE's for the keywords you choose. That's about all I use it for and I wouldn't buy it for that.

But what is a good choice for someone who don't have a SOAP Goole API ?

 

seo elite and googlerankings.com helps to find the rankings in serp.

 

no seo elite dosent knows about rankings try build-reciprocal-links.com you should be happy.
and for digging keywords try seodigger.com

for an old site i used to run, i used to use their free stats package. can't remember the name, it was pretty generic though. but googlerankings is a good start

 

there is no such tool like that so do it manually

 

You can use google webmaster tools, it shows position, and traffic driven by each keyword.

It's good to use a tool for checking SERP but we also know that some of them are not accurate. If you are only checking few numbers of keywords, then do it manually.
