Hiring a marketer/automation ?

I have a product that sells. (1% CR, which isn't amazing but bringing 500 people or so each day gives me 5 sales, so I'm happy enough)

So I know it sells, but I'm sick of spending all day marketing.

So how do I automate my marketing?

I keep hearing that all the autoposters result in flags or deletions so I don't see the point in going that route.

Is it possible to hire someone? Like a full-time marketer with a salary and such? What can I do to automate my marketing?

That depends entirely on what you're trying to sell. More info?

You automate your marketing by picking up affiliates and paying commissions. Consider using sites like PayDotCom.com, ClickBank.com, and others.

Well it doesn't really matter what I'm selling like I'm not trying to plug my idea or have someone steal it, I just mean in terms of general marketing, is there such a person to hire or some way to automate my marketing efforts?

I don't really like the thought of using clickbank (which I'd use since it's a digital product) cause that would mean (presumably) I'd go from using Paypal and sending the money directly to my bank account to having them send me a cheque and besides what do I get, like 25%?

Then consider using a membership site or affiliate program script if you don't want to use a third party system. Either way the best way to get your products out to more people is to create an affiliate base that helps you get that product in front of more eyes. It's about leverage the efforts of others to be in more places at once.

So is there no software I can buy or anyone I can hire so I don't have to market anymore? I might start using affiliate software but if I'm not using clickbank affiliate marketers won't be able to find me right?

1 - Sure, you could hire someone to setup an affiliate program for you, like a freelance project.

2 - 99% of the affiliates that promote your stuff through clickbank won't even make a sale. Look for a few websites or super affiliates that would be a good fit and get in touch with them personally, and then you're set.

So clickbank distinguishes between those I sent to my site and those others did?

I just hate going from handling all of the sales and money from those sales myself to just 'hopefully' getting a cheque from clickbank every now and then

Well it does as far as paying affiliate commissions, but the point I was trying to make is that using Clickbank instead of a self-hosted solution won't necessarily help you get useful affiliates.

So if I setup my own affiliate marketing system (the only thing I don't like about it is paying affiliate's isn't automated; I have to do it myself which is kinda errr but anyway lol)

how do I find useful affiliates? Are there sites other than AssociatePrograms.com where I can find affiliates?

As I said, "Look for a few websites or super affiliates that would be a good fit and get in touch with them personally, and then you're set."

You have to look for sites where you would want your product promoted and get in touch with the owners. Google.com, for example, is a good place to start looking...

And you can always hire an affiliate manager.

You might consider outsourcing some of the work - sites like elance.com make it easy to find people - I recently outsourced some research work to India, which was very inexpensive...
