Scamming is one thing, there are ways to deal with a scammer legally but I do not think posting one's particular's on a public forum such as this is very ethical. Even if he is a scammer, he has his rights, one is innocent until proven guilty.

I strongly agree with you. Posting someone's confidential information is crime IMO -OP should have contacted the legal authorities before posting his stuff here -

OP is directly attacking someone's confidentiality. No one like scammers but as wisdomtool said, they still have rights and even after its proven that they are guilty, their confidential information can not be posted like this.

This is what I think. You may have other opinions.

    Thank you

    PS: NO OFFENSE MEANT

These information is for those who got scammed from him, and lost over 100's of $, and if it was you.
You would have loved this info.

I am one of those who were on verge on getting scammed by him.

Nope, I don't love such information, I do not belong to any vigilant groups nor do I want to take the laws into my own hands. I would just report to the relevant authorities and let them handle it rather than posting something of this nature online. It is blatant invasion of one's privacy, what if that guy somehow is innocent?

You say you are on the verge of being scammed, so you are not scammed right?
Yet you are portraying him as a scammer with all the details. You could have just give the information to the authorities, or just post a short note asking them who were scammed by the alleged scammer to contact you.

Do you know that as a norm, forum posts are not normally deleted? No matter how you beg the mods, it is a policy. What if the person is innocent and countersue you?

Well I agree with wisdom 2 wrongs cannot make a right. We cannot go beyond the law for the sake of justice. If he has been reported to the proper authorities then thats a good deed done.

I agree with the guy above me full of wisdom and also having it a part of his name.

Although you do feel it is right to give this guy some sort of payback (an who in the word wouldn't?) it isn't very unethical to have all that information posted up on a public forum viewed by so many people. I'm sure that it'll only get worse once the spiders find this thing and the search engines link to here. As evil as what he may have done in terms of scamming you and whoever else i'm sure the publicity of such information still shouldn't be done to this extent. I do think though that posting his yahoo or im details aren't as bad, but bank account numbers and phone numbers are pushing the limit of confidentiality.

But, whats done is done. lol

He is going to be in for some pure ownage by people whom he scammed and quite possibly those who just want to seek some kind of revenge against an evil form.

I agree with you No_ID, thanks a ton for the information. I needed that badly.

He scammed me too for $ 150+ on pretext of sending 8 SIM Cards.

I owe to you, and the 2 people shouting here that you did wrong, you can ignore them, as they are not part of this

    I owe you :)
