the success of google solely depends on their superb business strategies.when they introduced gmail at first, they put it for invites.all were keenly searching to get invited and when the number increased, and when they got millions of users, they removed the invite system and put them for open registration.thus it became so popular within 3 years, which cant be thought.similarly for their orkut account ,which they thought of open messaging forum which none thought of..since then, it too became a hit.now google is spreading their reach in all sectors so as to be the king in computer technology....do u think so?

Google is doing great buisness wise right now, but remember Microsoft has been around the game a lot longer and has a lot more money than Google to spend. Don't expect Microsoft to give up any time soon, the recent bid on Yahoo! is proof Microsoft is ready to take Google head on, and they might be the company to drop Google off its pedastal some years from now.

I think the main reason the experienced gain a preference for the Google search results pages is because they really truly are what they claim to be "Natural/Organic search results that no matter what cannot be bought (well unless you hire a a writer capable of getting you there) and so are then most likel to produce the results the surfer was looking for

Yahoo and MSN as far as I can tell really do not produce clearly defined natural/organic search results as they are moxed in with paid results

    So

How are they gonna beat Google?

Unless they produce the exact same natural/organic search engine results pages as Google of course.

    Or

Buy it out and ruin it.

Their success is based on their users / community.

Saying that they will never be beaten by anyone is wrong and naive. The Roman Empire also was big and strong. So was Ford.

    Businesses come, businesses go.

Believe it or not, but Google success based on their users.. the normal searchers from around the world.

However, While the are trying keep there main feature (Search) one of the best's between other major Search Engine's then they will keep on the same track ;)
