I want to know how much can I get for this website.

tis website can do best but due to lack of time I am not being able todevelop it.

I have 125 members already who are genuine.

Daily 2 unique visitors lol.

But also can do best.

Searching 'share hi5' in google shows this website at top.

but they are not returning visitors but will if we send newsletter with changes in website..

Since the members are not returning, I highly doubt it would be worth $100 but that gives it an edge as it means that people would join if they came across the site.
In my opinion, its worth around $60 ~ $90
suggestion - Develop it some more, gather around 1000 members and then sell for a much higher price

p.s. hi5 is a trademark, might run into some TM issues.

 

Actually it's profile sharing between hi5 members.and i don't think it's TM issues.
