I don't understand though.......you're allowing people to enter their City and State from where they launched the balloon, ok, sounds good to me, but if you launch a balloon in Los Angeles or New York, the balloon will obviously not travel to other cities or states.....it will probably only stay in the air for half an hour or so, especially since the string and paper attached are pretty heavy, so, if someone finds it.....and puts the tracker code, the chances of the balloon being found within the same city is almost certain.
