Paypal Withdrawal to Visa Slowdown

I called PayPal on Wednesday and I was blown off. If Paypal is having system glitches that is holding up thousands of dollars, probably in the six or seven figures by now, they need to be very forthcoming with this. Let those affected know that there is a problem. Maybe the Ebay forums might be a good start. Say, hey, we have a problem and we are working on it.

There are people with pending withdrawals that can't send out merchandise they have sold and now people are demanding refunds. People would be a lot more understanding if PayPal came out officially to say what is up.

I know that Paypal is used to pay businesses in the Philippines that hire a lot of workers. I would be willing to bet that this system glitch has already prevented some people from paying their bills or maybe even buying food.

if you have are a verify user of paypal, then try to use xoom.com send money to your own name then. maybe it will help you out guys.

 

xoom sucks, I have paypal, I pay paypal taxes for receiving /withdrawing, I want my money. They took their cut from my money and dissapeared with the rest

 

I am also waiting paypal either they are going to return the money in our pending withdrawal or they made us wait for a month or more in doing it. I am also waiting for them to reimbursed our withdrawal but it seems when I see my paypal account today the withdrawal is still in pending and it has been weeks now waiting. I wonder how long were going to wait for paypal to either return the money or complete our transactions.

 

oh boy, this looks like one more paypal HORROR story with every day that passes

 

i realy wonder if we realy need to wait a month now or paypal will try to complet any pending withdrawls soon . seems like they dont give a shi* about our funds . i cant belive a company like paypal become so ignorant .

 

why xoom sucks??? i was able to send money to name since you get problems in withdrawing it in visa. so thats the best way to do.

 

Me same waiting from the 27.Jan. I think we will wait 3 months or forever when any problem happening paypal will solve it in many months and they will not answer your emails. Yes paypal is very big company lol

 

I think we must go and open forum thread on ebay forums who have pending problem, what is ebay forum url ? I will open thread and if everybody say something maybe they will answer.

 

same here. i have pending withrawal to my visa debit card since Jan. 24

 

I think this is not allowed. Sending money in same country and name. I already tried this and my money was returned on paypal.

 

hey there, i've read this topic, and. I'm waiting since 22Jan.!!! wtf?! i'm curious to know if is the same in US, Germany..etc.. I am in Romania. Is there a problem with VISA ? I dont think so, but i'm mad that paypal didnt notify us, i think that they are no taking very serious our money, they really dont understand that some of us actually need " web money" to live in the real life, pay bills etc..

 

i agree with u screen . realy shame on paypal they way they handling the situation . leting us stay without our funds like 2 weeks now . why do i have a feeling that visa have problems with all the withdrawls and there for paypal never completed our pending requests .

 

Yeah, well with a worldwide problem on their hands, they need to get into action right now. They need to immediately stop the pending transactions and return money to people's paypal accounts. They know they have a problem with their system and they need to get it right.

 

i also have a friend that has tried to withdraw from 28 and the payment is still in pending.

 

Same problems here in Estonia, have pending withdrawals as of 24th and 27th Jan. Yet another story for paypalsucks.com

I'm curious what's wrong.. ?! and again.. is there anyone from US around here ? are the same issues in US too ?! should i migrate to MasterCard ? i am so fc.k. mad that no ones knows anything, i know more about the life after death than the paypal 2008 issue, dont they have any leakers there to lights us up?! i would give up on them tomorrow if my clients werent to pal's to paypal..
