Review my ad placement on a directory

    I have added a new template and added adsense in that template.
    please review ad placement.

    There are 3 google ads on my direcoty
    1 on top of all pages
    1 on left site of all pages
    and 1 only at submit page

    site is good. Left side vertical bar change the links and background to match with site theme.
