Hi aj22, I have a couple of questions to ask.

Using the cat food and woodworking examples you gave.

1) Do you advertise the ringtones as "cat food ringtones" and "woodworking ringtones" on your landing page or do you just stick to something generic like "complimentary ringtones"?

2) Do you custom build the cat food and woodworking landing pages, or do you have a template with some type of affiliate feed that automatically populates it with related products?

Also, thanks for being willing to share all this information. Very generous of you.

 

1) Not at all. The 'niche' landing page has nothing to do with ringtones.

2) Custom built landing sites, no feeds, no automatic related products like some of those CJ systems do.

 

Thanks for your response. I understand the landing page has nothing to do with ringtones. Using the previous example "cat food", it's my understanding the landing page is for cat food and you have an ad somewhere on the page for ringtones that hopefully gets their attention and they click on. If my assumption is correct then the question was, is that ad for "cat food ringtones" (related to the landing page) or is the ad for the ringtones just generic.

 

what else you using it to monetize other than ringtone? put adsense, amazon stuff on LP?

Your assumption is essentially correct, but there's 1 or 2 things missing which pieces this all together so that it makes a bit more sense and somewhat pushes the conversion.

Heh, I think thats what everyone's been hoping he would do. But if I were him, I wouldn't. He's already provided enough info on how he does it for us to get started. But here's a thought....even if he does tell exactly how he does it, only 10% of the people here would actually do it, and only 10% of that would actually follow through. And probably only 5% of them would get it right and make a profit.
