Can i forward Paypal dispute to Paypal Directly?

Like i have a dispute and i want paypal to decide their result quickly, without me and the seller negotiating for 20 days?

Paypal disputes must be posted on your account manager area and all the follow up is through the same.

As far as I know you can't forward them as there is no prompt response when you try to contact them directly anyway.

No... you must have to wait... for 20days before forwarding it to paypal all the way to decide...

this is what i think... and its fair also to give a chance from the other party to contribute into that dispute if they don't contribute that makes your case stronger... and paypal itself decides in your favor... :)

About 6 months ago, I put in a dispute with Paypal and 5 minutes later, I escalate the dispute so paypal can decided fast. Lucky for me, I got my money back.

You can escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim. By escalating your dispute to a claim, you are asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome.

Disputes can be escalated to a claim any time within 20 days of the date the dispute was opened. If a dispute is not escalated to a claim within 20 days, it is closed automatically. Closed disputes cannot be re-opened or escalated to a claim.

When the 20 day deadline is approaching, we will remind you by email and on the Dispute Details page.

    1. On the Account Overview page, click the Resolution Center tab.
    2. Click the transaction in question in the Open Disputes and Requests box.
    3. Complete the End Communication and Escalate to a Claim with PayPal form.
    4. Click Escalate to a Claim.

I have not raise dispute but I thought you can escalate within the 20 days and not wait for the 20 days to go up from what I read.

You do not have to wait the 20 days. You can escalate the dispute to claim pretty much whenever you want. Then once its a claim paypal sends the other party an email and waits for a response. If the other person doesn't respond in a certain timeframe then they would side with you.

    My dispute has been escalated.

Hopefully, i have provided Paypal enough proof that they would refund my money.

By the way, i got scammed on DP.

    Thanks.
