If they've warned you twice, and been specific about which website they have an issue with, then they are being very reasonable in comparison to how some (probably smaller) publishers are treated when they break the TOS. My recommendation would be to do as they say - once you're banned from AdSense it is very difficult indeed to get back in, and based on what I'm guessing your business model might be, getting banned is not something you want to happen.

Don't be disrespecting G! Ya dig?

As Eric Cartman would say..."Respect my authority!"

(Sorry, it's Saturday...my brain doesn't give me anything constructive to say today.)

Hell yes they will, and they should! I see posts here at DP every-other-day from webmasters that got banned with NO warning..
If you have not learned after the first two times, then you need to get out of the internet business and into something that does not require following any rules or heavy use of your frontal-lobe.

I highly suggest that you start following the rules, and dont do ANYTHING against the TOS.. I dont think you have any chances left.

Better not try adsense on that website. Adsense is your best friend on the net!

could you tell us the url of the website that was banned? it might keep somebody out here from making the same mistake.

or, tell us specifically what google said was wrong, if you can.

I think you are pushing your luck and should be more careful. If you've been warned before I think it's time to get the hint. Don't push them any further or the next thread you will be starting is "Adsense banned my account, I never saw it coming". :D

It is good that they have given you at least two chances to comply with TOS

Have they banned you or issued warning? (as it appears from some replies above that it is only warning); if they banned you (in nov 2007), you possibly could not have had second chance with them. You have to respect TOS and they are not negotiable at least for small publishers. If you see a big site; you would see they are allowed to merge ads better and some relaxations. If you have not been banned, just remove any irritant that could be against adsense TOS.

You may contact them, but generally, they are not very specific in replying; of course they do reply.

You are a brave guy LOL. You got the first warning email and ignored it, you got the second warning email and you are asking if you might get in trouble... yet, you are a publisher since 2005...

well, it is very easy to lose your adsense account. frankly, I do not understand why google is so nice with you... ( you are not sleeping with the daughter of one of adsense higher managers, aren't you ? ) :D
