DiscussMMA.com has potential for developement, I'd say in the $xx range. Not sure about the German name. Others, i'd say reg fee.

I'd say that talkfitness.org has a lot of potential if developed. I'd recommend using the site as a forum or blog and doing some good SEO to rank high for searches regarding fitness. Then you can sell some products through ClickBank or CJ as an affiliate regarding fitness and working out.... Lots of potential! If you decide not to develop, I'd still say that TalkFitness.org has a lot of potential, and is one that I'd recommend holding on to until you find a motivated buyer.
You have domain names that are straight to the point, which is good, they are definitely worth developing, prices may vary from low $$ to up in $$$ if you come across someone who is into fitness/bodybuilding etc. by profession or hoby. It's not easy to sell domains for $$$ but TalkFitness.org could be well worth it for someone who has a clear idea on how to use it.
Congratulations, they must be people with the real need for that domain name such as any MMA related content providers!? You have strong key-words in doman names, if you find the right people looking do develop a related content, those domains can get pricy. They have potential that not all domain names have.
