I don't think there are hosting plans specifically made for forums and arcades, the only thing that would be different is server specifications.

For a forum or arcade that is just starting off, I would suggest the cPanel Basic Reseller Hosting Plan for both websites:
    $8.99/month
    +$4.99 one-time setup fee
    2 GB Disk Space
    20 GB Bandwidth
    Unlimited Features/Add-Ones
    10 Account Limit

The reason I would suggest a reseller plan is that you would have unlimited features and you'd be able to host new websites if you ever feel like it (the account limitation can be removed as an addon in the checkout if you wish).

However, you can just order the cPanel Basic Hosting Plan for both websites and keep one as an addon domain (addon domains will be able to share the same hosting features as the Basic Plan without a change in price):
    $4.99/month
    2 GB Disk Space
    20 GB Bandwidth
    50 E-Mail Accounts
    50 E-Mail Lists
    15 FTP Accounts
    10 Sub-Domains
    3 MySQL Databases
    2 Parked Domains
    2 Addon Domains

Give us a call at 1(888)229-3185 if you have any questions or require any assistance. I personally am experienced with arcades (specifically GameScript and FlashGameScript) and vBulletin.

depends on number of games you load on your server..

A simple hostgator or hostican plan is good. :) - discount coupons are available too

beware of over-sold hosts though. Host gator is well known but tend to oversell their shared servers as i hear alot.

How much traffic are you expecting? Are you going to have a lot of plugins on your vbulletin? Depending on your answers it could be the difference between a shared or dedicated host.
