i got 400000 reward Points in megavideo and purchased premium membership now i have made a payment request do that pay ?
So you're entitled to $400 by my reckoning. Of course they'll pay (if they have your details) - they're legit.
Read the terms below; If the points arent earned with a premium account already had, they wont pay out.

If you go to megavideo, then click on REWARDS It gives the listing of points needed, and the reward, and underneath that, it gives the terms. It doesnt say "YOU MUST HAVE PREMIUM TO EARN POINTS TO GET MONEY" but says they wont payout unless you have a premium account paid for. (And they mean, before you get the points)
Having done a bit of surfing about I've found a lot of people saying it is very difficult to get paid by MU/MR. Apparently they go through your account with a fine tooth comb to look for any excuse to prevent you from getting payment.
Doesn't everyone does that? Even Adsense is known for banning people even without a valid reason. People that upload warez should be penalized anyways. I have always been paid by MegaUpload. These companies are not for charities, they need to make profits to answer to their investors.
