Charge Back issues in Paypal?

Hello All,

I want to know the charge back process of Paypal for both seller side and buyer side.

I want to know full details. Can any one please help me on this?

Can you please give me details of Paypal Dispute?

 

chargeback is done by the credit card company not by paypal.... only reversal can be done at paypal.... paypal cant control or stop a chargeback... its really easy to setup a dispute.... go to your account and check out there help section to file a dispute...
