Explain to me exactly what this "blue ocean" stratrgy is and I will answer your question more accuratley. Not all of us have a 5k degree you know.
You claim you are a marketing expert and now you are asking me what is blue ocean strategy? How about doing what you have been suggesting to the rest earlier on? Do a google, analyze it, what is blue ocean and what is red ocean, what is the significance when applied to an industry for eg web hosting. Marketing is not just about Google Adsense and Adwords, these are tools for a marketing framework, not marketing itself. You would serve yourself better by being more humble rather than claiming to be an expert immediately. Before even knowing and asking me for what is blue ocean, your answer is "The biggest marketing potential online is the google search engine. I am an expert/consultant at gatting websites indexed and raked high. THERE IS ALWAYS COMPETITION." That doesn't answer anyone's question except that you are just doing a sales pitch. BTW "gatting" I assume you mean "getting"?
If this was an exam, you would have failed. If you want to prove yourself, do it with a little more effort. No professional answer so far.
I would suggest you use a free webhost and build a new page of keyword rich content each day . after a month you should be up to 1k. Make every page a sales pitch.
MarketExpert, maybe you've helped a lot of websites climb SERP rankings but that doesn't make you an expert marketer... it only makes you a good SEO specialist. Marketing is more than just Google as widomtool says.
OK, MarketExpert, here's one for you... How does one go about boosting the PR of all the sites in their sigs when they currently have absolutely no PR?
Ok here you go. type "leave a reply" in google and it will give you all the backlinks you need. Google will calculate your PR based on the number of links pointing to your site. Blogs usually have PR 3 or 4.
THERE WILL ALWAYS BE COMPETITION Its actually kind of funny how the educated automatically feel superior.
PR update is not like indexing. Even the best webmasters cannot speed up the update. If you want to know how to get a pr10 here it is. Google gets its PR results from alexa. If you setup an autohitter to your site it will boost your alexa rating. I mean a fast autohitter. It wil boost your alexa rating and consequentially raise your PR substantially on hte next update.
Nah, I do not need to feel superior, you have already done a great job in that. "THERE WILL ALWAYS BE COMPETITION" I can't agree more, there are always competition between some guys each trying to show how comical they can be.
I was talking about marketing, but if you want to be comical, i'll be the road nunner and you be wiley coyote
I am a definite NEWBIE who wants your opinion on the Buy A Niche Store program on Ebay as a way of getting my feet wet in internet marketing? Thanks
But I'm after quality not quantity. Even if IBLS are all low quality/in bad neighbourhoods/not related to your subject matter? I've had a PR5 blog until 2 updates ago. Blogs usually have PR 0 because so many are MFA or just full of crap. Alexa is pants. Alexa is compiled from Alexa toolbar results and that's certainly not the web population as a whole. I have another question for you... how old do you have to be to be successful at marketing? Can you run an "SEO/SEM business" from school?
