    Just buy reseller hosting.

It will be a lot easier than being your own host, and less investment required.

Actually I am goig to strat a sensitive website that will raise up the national issues so, I think buying other's hosting is not good for hosting such websites.
I am ready to invest any amount for that website and it's my crazy mission too.

Aswell it's good to host in own server of own country for good SEO rank.

well, get yourself a good connection and do some ordering from companies that sell servers, then go to a local community college and take a course on Server Management, or go buy some books and read them...your good to go then...but to do such will be costly

I think that's a reason to do the opposite. If a server is physically in your country then the authorities can, at any time, and with any excuse, go confiscate it.
My suggestion is to get yourself hosting in the US where it's cheapest. You can find some very decent company around this forum

I am not an SEO expert but I believe that hosting in your own country make no difference in that aspect.

Let me know if you need any more help

Your post is confusing. You don't need to start your own web hosting company, you need to host your own site, these are two different issues.

I would agree with previous posters, get yourself a cheap hosting overseas, you will be less likely to face problems from the government. Hosting by yourself in your own country would mean you can be found easily through your IP address.

Answering your original question of setting up your own hosting company (as said above, you have now changed tact)

Can you answer yes to all of these questions:

    1) Do you have extensive experience as a network administrator or the funds to hire one?
    2) If you have, then do you/ they understand the particular complexities of the hosting environment?
    3) Are you/ they prepared to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 52 weeks a year? If the answer is no, do you have enough funds to hire enough people to give that level of coverage?
    4) Do you have the funds to hold stock of replacement parts for every single type of components in your servers?
    5) Do you have the patiences of a god to put up with the silly questions you will get from customers?

If the answer to any of these is no then you arent ready to set up your own servers for a hosting company and should certainly look at buying a resellers account with a white labeled control panel etc rather than even think of setting up the thing personally
