Has anyone ever dealt with Billboard Ranking?

Has anyone ever worked with or used Billboard Ranking - www.billboardranking.com? I am hoping for a little insight as I have a client who is using them - something other than "They are a scam!" (which they may be).

I believe that they are SCAM, reason for that in order to display a banner above Google.com main search page they have to be affiliated with them. And if Google allows them then they would lose on PPC income.

Unless the user download their plug-in then they will see that affect on their machine only. but for all other users that are surfing the net they would not see this iFrame unless they download the special app. To me this is nothing but a scam and it is similar to spyware on your machine.

They have sent me an email since my company is utilizing adwords which led them into my website and submit inquiry etc..

I would look into filing a complaint against them as this huge scam and it is not the right way to do business, but don't know where to start.

Ew, seriously? How can people hope to do business like that these days? People aren't going to want to download an ad viewer...

 

awww u guys ruined it for me lol. I also got an email from them about my domain. i was dreaming about how much money i could make if i bought a keyword. and you guys burst my bubble. lol but i gotta thank you for doing so

 

BillBoardRanking.com is a SCAM. They told me they bought a proprietary software program from Microsoft. They said that Internet Explorer 8 was going to contain this program and it would be on every computer that ran IE8. So you would virtually be the only ad to come up for the keyword or phrase that you agreed to lease from BillBoardRanking.com I asked BillBoardRanking.com why Microsoft would sell them such a Revolutionary program, one that would put Google and Yahoo out of Business, BillBoardRanking.com said that Microsoft was scared of being sued by the Department of Justice over Anti-Trust Violations. Watch out these guys are bad news. They are like the MAFIA, they search the internet and can remove anything negative written about them. You would think that such a Revolutionary Software Program would have a few articles written about it, but there are none, other than one generic article written for the purpose of helping BillBoardRanking.com in there own search engine rankings. PLEASE Get the word out about these guys. I am going to contact the California Attorney General to file a formal complaint.

sounds like they got you to try the billboard ranking scam. Did you get to "try" their system with a keyword, bmw or shipping? I did and can't get their file off my computer. If you did, what did you do to get rid of thie stuff? I can't find it and so far adaware hasn't come up with it to destroy.
