Is it against google's TOS to have paid traffic view your site?

I was wondering this because I was going to pay for traffic but I didn't want to get banned... Thanks

(All the traffic is unique and is not forced views)

I would avoid it. A lot of paid traffic comes from garbage sites and could end up getting you into problems with Google. I would work on spending that money on advertising and trying to build legit traffic. JMO

As a matter of fact, yes it is, but just to make sure, check it out yourself.

Say, if you were to pay for getting traffic on to your website, how would Google ever know that?

Do you mean the traffic will be spammy or repeated traffic? Could you clarify this please?

Google knows EVERYTHING .. do not think for one moment that they dont know where your traffic comes from, every ad you've ever clicked on, who you emailed yesterday, what you posted about here at DP, and what you had for dinner last night.. Trust me - you are NOT smarter than Google

"Paid to Surf" type traffic will get you banned. However, "advertising" should not cause any problems.. Be careful though, because "advertising" with Adwords only for the intent of driving traffic to an MFA site will get you banned..
