Uhhh... to the person who repped me and called me a tax cheat, I pay my taxes, but I am still going to speak out against the fact THERE IS NO LAW STATING I AM REQUIRED TO PAY INCOME TAX I don't want to lose my life for this, but I will not lie to myself and say this is not tyranny.
Yes, please do. I am very curious how you think you can do it legally. I will gladly admit if I am wrong and you can legally form a corporation and remain completely anonymous. p.s. The Kansas thing mentioned above would not work as the corporation has a continuing obligation to update its information with the Secretary of State. In addition, the notion of avoiding civil liability is precisely the reason that a corporation has to list an agent for service of process.
It can be done legally because in kansas you can SELL the corporation without requiring ID. For instance, if I registered a corp in kansas then I sold it to you, you wouldn't need to file any id, the person who registered the corp would just need to state it was sold. You would need someone to act as a registered agent of course, but that does not make them the shareholder, therefore they're not liable for the corp.
How does any of that make it anonymous so you can't get sued? It does not. All they have to do is serve the agent, if you fail to respond they will get a default judgment against your corp. The new owner is liable and can be sued. Also, they must periodically update their corporate records with the secretary of state or risk suspension. Here are the requirements to maintain a corporation in Kansas: https://www.accesskansas.org/businesscenter/index.html?link=maintain Here is the annual form you need to complete. You know, the one that asks you to list the officers of the corporation. http://www.kssos.org/forms/business_services/AR.pdf Here is a listing of all the Kansas annual reports: http://www.kssos.org/other/ar_forms.html
but since there is no identification for the owner once the corp is sold, other then a statement that it was sold to whoever is listed, the law finds themselves at a dead end legally.
As I said from the beginning there is no legal way to do it. Just repeating it over and over does not make it true. Your corp will be suspended, you will own nothing.
so? start another one. and it is completely legal but keep believing otherwise http://209.85.173.104/search?q=cach...nymous+incorporation&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=2&gl=us Read that brown and give me a rep for being right
You are not right. I have clearly shown you how the requirements do not allow you to do what you seek to do. The PDF you just cited in no way supports your positions.
dude. forget it, you're obviously not bright enough to grasp this subject. move on. and I know you're the one who made the stupid tax rep.
Actually I think you will find there is a law in every single country in the world that has a tax system set up saying that yes, you have to pay taxes especially if you owe them. Benjamin Frankin once said "there is nothing more certain in life than death and taxes". I dont know how much experience in life you have but I am nearly 40 years old and have paid millions of euros in taxes in my lifetime and yes, I have offshore corporations and legal entities and its a daily battle to keep things straight. There is no real legal way of escaping the tax man, I gave up on that along time ago. For example, I hear alot of posts on this site about google and the way they ban people from their adsense and its risky registering domain names with google in them etc.... "you cant beat google becasue they are so big and powerful and have tonnes of lawyers", blah blah blah. Let me tell you, Google are a spec of dust compared to the US Government. Google is worth what? 100 to 200 billion? The US government is worth Trillions so forget about trying to rip them off you will get caught and if they want to catch you they will catch you. Good Luck my friend.
erm, Theres a tax, and every tax MUST BE PAID. Heres the rates you are going to pay for income (i take it thats what your in). First Bracket (at least) 10% Last Bracket (at most) 35% If you do not pay these tax's You will end up in federal court, and will most likely have your house, bank account, wife (lol) Taken away, until they reach the money amount the IRS feels you owe. There are also tax's if you are a registered corporation, or fees. im not sure but i know they do exist
