How can I find out how many stumbles (stumbleupon) a particular site or article has received?

Do you mean how many people has hit your story through using stumbleupon or how many people have clicked "I Like" on your site? For the first one, you need to check your website stat logs. For the second one, log into your SU account and check your site stats.

I mean how many clicked "I Like". I'm still not able to find that. Where to look on my account? The only thing I can see is no of reviews, not no of stumbles.

You are right, I think we can't see how many people have given "I like it". We can see only how many reviews.

One way is to count no. of "people who like this website". you will see something like Show me more[18] like.

This is one way of finding no. of people who have clicked "I like it"

The easiest way by far is to use the method given here.

Best answer yet. It shows who "liked it" on top, and below that the reviews the page has had. the only real stat SU does not give, is the number of people that stumbled through the page... or did I not see that?

Yeah. That's the most important stat. How many clicked "I like it". Why don't they show it?

I am not sure why they are hiding it. But that's the crucial in stumble algorithm.
