Hmm... I'll buy one - but I've got a small query. By 'in rotation', does he mean rotated on the page (ie always in view, just in different locations) or rotated on and off the page (ie 2-4 advertisers share one spot)?
Yes your ad is in a rotation with others... the publisher sets their max ad pool, I think Shoe has his set to 10. So that means max 10 ads can be in rotation at any time. The rate card on AdToll (when the stats update at midnight) show you what you can expect from advertising on the site.... you'll notice it says things like "clicks per ad per week".
