All though the effectiveness of these methods is not guaranteed, some people claim they work. Method One: Join Google Adwords or Adsense Programs. Google seems to have different spiders for adsense / adwords and general site crawling but it is widely believed that subscribing to the adsense/adwords programs gets your pages spidered in minutes even by its search related spiders. Method Two:The most widely used, this method involves purchasing an old domain for its longevity and back links.
I'm not so sure about that. From what I've seen older domains seem to do better then younger ones. But then these domains tend to have more backlinks as well. Three of the domains below are recent creations of mine. One is already doing fine with its main keywords. But I noticed that this is true only for google.co.za and not for the general google.com - I also noticed that some sites did get PR after three month while some other took almost more then a year. The ranking for keywords was however improving, but I think it does have something to do with backlinks coming up and getting registered by google.
Thanks for the info. However, it's not all about too competitive keywords. You have to create relevant high quality content to avoid this.
I want to add , if your earnings from adsense ads are very small, it means your site is under sandbox. To overcome obtain old domains with having links in SE. Develop it and you will get less effect of "sandbox". I wrote to Google about sandbox . They never replied. Does it mean they know what they are doing ,so no need to clarify. If this is the case how people made million bucks in 6 months from adsense? Thanks. Regards, Dr.Altaf
If you are asking about any Way to Get Out of the Sandbox? The quick answer to this is yes, there is a way out of the sandbox, but you will not like the answer. The answer is to simply wait. The sandbox filter is not a permanent filter and is only intended to reduce search engine spam. It is not intended to hold people back from succeeding. So eventually, if you continue to build your site as it should be built, you will leave the sandbox and join the other established websites. Again, if your website has been placed in the sandbox you should use this time to your advantage. It is a great opportunity to build your traffic sources outside of the search engines. If you have a website that does well in the search engines, you may be tempted to ignore other proven methods of traffic building such as building a community, or building strong inbound links through partnerships. However, if you establish traffic sources outside of search engines, when you finally leave the sandbox, you will see a welcome increase in your traffic levels.
I never heard of this before - I am glad I read it because I have a site in the sandbox and I didn't even know it.
Well, that explains something about my sites. If that's the case, then the sandbox is a good thing, because it separates the serious from the frivolous (as you say, "search engine spam"). Well, that's true of certain off-line companies, too, yet they also have to wait until a new edition of Yellow Pages is published. I guess it's just the way that life is.
I think we shouldn't worry too much about google and sandboxing. Google is trying to provide best search results. So create a user friendly site and it will be automatically google friendly too.
... I got best results on google by following their instruction how they would like web sites to be built and ranked high.
My site used to be in first 10 search results for many days, then my site was down for like 4+ days. after that, for all 400+ pages in my site, I see that for all keywords, including page title, my site is now on the very last page, all my sites pages for all keywords. Is my site in sand box?
Hi My website is 4 months old but there is no PR(google PR). Is my site in Sanbox? If yes, Please suggest me how resolve this problem. Thanks
