RichUser caught redhanded trying to sell domains that he does not own!!

You want me to do a video presentation? I don't mind proving myself to jerks. Hope you understand that during a video presentation you cannot fake anything.

 

That doesn't prove anything except that you might have sent (odd) emails to yourself back and fourth. This whole thread makes no sense. Did you lose any money from your bank account or online payment services? Nobody "hacks" just a worthless forum account (or gives it back afterwards)

Tell me something. You don't seem very concerned in all of this about this supposed hacker, indeed, you've not shown anywhere the slightest annoyance towards him anywhere in this thread, doesn't that strike you as being, rather a tad - unusual?

Maybe it's just a multiple personality whatjamacallit, maybe those 'personalities' don't like each other, but existing as one combined, dare not argue one against the other, for fear of doing so, would make the incomplete part of oneself look contradictory?

It's a rhetorical summation / question, doesn't require answering. I'm just picking a possibility from thin air.

As stated ages ago, anyone devious or clever enough with an ulterior motive could concoct a screenshot and make it appear any which way they choose.

Given your type fonts as pointed out spanning several weeks, being identical to your 'hacker', and several other complete and total inconsistencies as already given above - by no means thusfar have you done anything to date to assure me, or to reassure many others remaining silent on this issue and simply observing the proceedings, that you are not this hacker of whom you saw fit to mention right from the outset, when we first cottoned onto your antics.

We as professional domainers were absolutely insistent that the payment for said name would have to be conducted via Escrow Sedo alone and that on this issue, there was no negotiation, yet you insisted on using Moneybookers, again as originally stated, this instantly raised a red flag for us and checks were made immediately to ascertain that you were the rightful owner as you were stating, indeed, we asked you to furnish us with proof that you were the legal registrant and of course on this point, you could not supply the required information. On contacting the company concerned in Australia by telephone, the rightful owner and myself immediately knew that someone was trying to scam not only the buyer but the legal registrant also and my client, who was putting up the funds. In short you wasted the time of three professionals in the domain business.

Too, since the three of us are all very well versed in business matters in this industry, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that between us we do actually possess a smidgen of intelligence, a fact which seems to escape you entirely.

You seem more concerned with saving your reputation rather than tracing this 'hacker' which perturbs me quite a bit.

My reasons for posting this here on this forum, orginally this thread was in the domaining section as you know, until a mod for some odd reason decided to move it over here, which was to serve as a warning to other domainers to be aware, is/was quite simply because i care about honest people and their activities online.

Even one of your threads that you started recently offers a service by you of , your words, not mine, 'Blackhat' links, which as anyone experienced in SEO knows, isn't exactly conducive to proper and professional search engine optimisation techniques. Indeed, Blackhat SEO is very much frowned upon quite simply because of it's very essence in spurious ranking domination in the search engines.

I'm sorry, but the evidence really stacks up against you, you have done diddly fat all to assure us so far that all your intentions are truly honorable.

With whichever angle we have measured this situation, it seems cast in stone that you are trying yet still, to seek to place the burden of responsibility onto parties wholly not to blame and this speaks as previously mentioned, volumes about you.

Perhaps it is time to put away all of these silly money making schemes of yours and to concentrate solely on really helping other people, this would serve in the long run, not only your interests better, but everyone elses too.

For one you could edit the html before starting the video. Or you could have forged the emails in the first place, emailed yourself from 2 accounts. Then a video proves nothing.

Yeah you don't need to do that, you've already proven that you have all this "damning evidence" against your supposed hacker. How would it be any different in a video presentation?? Your emails would still be fake, along with the fake email accounts you created to send them back and fourth, the msn messages would still be fake, and your whole existence in this forum would still be ruined.

You've ruined it for yourself, don't blame anyone else.

how long did it take you to contact a moderator here when you
discovered your DP account was compromised?

 

I selfishly waiting several hours. Actually only informing a Moderator once I got my account back. The hacker had several very important email accounts, and I didn't want to seem to aggressive. So I tried to give him some space in hopes of receiving everything back.

And Mark, no I'm not very pissed at the hacker since I did get my account back and NO ONE got scammed. So I was a lucky one, and for that, I don't have much anger for.

Look, I offer my apologizes to the domain owner whose domain was used in a fraudulent activity. I don't on the other hand offer any apologizes towards Mark due to his aggression. Some of you really believe that I ran up this whole scheme, but why would I leave so many flaws? If I really did try to scam someone and blame it on a hacker, wouldn't I have done everything so that it really did seem that I was hacked. Wouldn't I have spoken with improper english, or had different fonts and alignments. If I really was behind all this, then I would have waited after my own email, before logging back on and stating a thread that I was hacked. But I didn't wait. Why? That was because I was a victim. The last thing in my mind was to wait, to justify it was a hacker. The only thing that was on my mind was getting back into my account asap, and informing others. As I stated before, and as I tried, I want to give as much possible proof that I wasn't involved in this. But the best and only thing any person out here can come up with is email proof, which was disapproved by you guys.

 

Maybe I'll just put up the entire sequence of pm messages instead?

 

Mark, as I stated earlier, I don't know what your trying to prove anymore. Your posts don't make any more sense. I am very sure that your behind all of this.
