Sorry i have to say that im really pissed. Waiting for an answer from support since 2 hours ago, and the answer i got i could find it by myself. Thats not what i expected from this hosting.

 

I have helped you a lot. You have just a problem with a configuration from your wordpress. You have to go to the wordpress website or a help website for that!!

I'm sorry but i can't find the answer to everything. You have a problem with your software and not with my hosting!

And i recognised that you helped me a lot.
I asked you if could i move my sites from other hosting and you said that you could do it for me. Of your you could say that thats not the kind of support you offer, and i would still happy.
But you offered to do it for me and im really thankfull for that.
The only think that i expected is that my blogs should work as before (and that was not happen with one domain).

My both blogs (personal stuff) dont have more that 1000 visits a day but i use the email associated to one of these domains for my job aplications. So for example right now im waiting for an answer after my interview. Imagine that they try to answer me and they cant because my account got suspended.
Right now, my account is suspended and didnt get even an email.

 

Your account is suspended for two reason.

1. For distributing warez.
2. For taking high cpu resources. (95% at a time).

As i said you may not distribute warez on this server!!

And also faulty coding can easily lead a site load upto 200% at a time, so its totally depends on the coding architecture which directly interact with the system. In some cases, 10-15K traffic sites take only 5-10% load for more perfect coding and mysql usage.

You are distributing the Album by Rihana "Umbrella" hosted at rapidshare downloads. There are some more downloads too which refers to rapidshare and being distributed through picallo.info!

 

The link you are indicating, is to a music video that is free distributed (is not my cap) not a music album. Theres a huge difference.

All the files linked to rapidshare are free of copyrighted issues.

Abuse has already verified that the file is copyright proctected as well as it is already been reported to rapidshare too. And one more important thing is warez isn't the primary concern of this suspention. CPU usage was the primary concern and we usually do not unsuspend any account which gets suspended for high cpu usages.

 

Regarding High CPU usages: Till yet i didnt have such issues, and my site load fine in my last hosting. The reason to change my hosting was because of the continuous downtimes (and that affected to my email adresses <--- the one i use for my job aplication).

If i did something wrong with my wordpress installation and that caused any kind of problems to your server i really apologise, but you have also to apologise because you you told me that you can restore my blog and you couldnt. Thats why i was pissed.

I decided to give you 48 hours before of moving back my blogs and cancelling my plan.

Instead of solve my problems you overreacted (a critic means loss of potencial clients) and you decided to find arguments to suspend my account (20 $ for less 48 hours hosting is not a bad business).

 

I had restored all your blogs but there was a software problem with your wordpress blog. I can help you for technical support (like i did: restore your backup, ...) and not for software problems!

Just admit you have distributed warez (yes they are copyright protected)
And the problem with the CPU will probably be cause with a software problem with your wordpress!

Your account was already suspended before i read your "critic". So that has nothing to do with it!!!

like i said i have done everything that i could do for you. I have restored your 2 blogs and they were working fine except one blog where the permalinks don't works! You just has to make a correct .htaccess file by reading a manual. I can give you support if there is a problem with the hosting or database,...

About the streaming music: Streaming music is not possible on our server as we do not have shoutcast installed. Moreover, flash streaming can be used till it uses a legitimate server resources.
