Hey everyone,
I have been browsing a lot in this forum (Search Engine Optimization) lately, and noticed that there are so many members around here with so many questions. And very often I see members replying on some questions with incorrect information. That’s just sad.
As a member of DP I want to help all of those who have questions about SEO.
Please send me a PM with your SEO problem/question, and I will do the best I can to give you a good answer with mostly a resource attached. If you want to know more about me, I can PM you my SEOMOZ profile with resume.

If you think people are being given incorrect information, wouldn't it be better to give your opinion in the thread, then a proper discussion can ensue, and everyone has the benefit of seeing the differing views, rather than just giving your ideas to one person in a pm?

Your right. There is a LOT of NOOB amateurs with low post counts (or high sometimes) on DP who spurt out spurious rubbish as if it were fact....
With no claims to back it up.

It would be amusing if it didnt take so much time to sift the posts to find the gems of information from knowledgeable people!

 

Well, I’m just trying to help people here. I’ve noticed that sometimes giving good advice in a middle of 30 other posts is a bit hard for a person that was really needing a good advice.
I’m not saying I’m an expert. I’ll just do a research before I’ll give any advice or answer. As an SEO myself I think I’ve gained enough knowledge to help people here on DP.
In fact if more members here would do that, it would help others a lot.

And actually, the actual reason for doing this is; to prove myself if I’m really qualified in many fields. I know that getting involved with many different tasks that members here might ask me, will enlarge my experience and will only help me make myself better in this field.
That’s why I offered help for those who need it.

I have a lot of sites and need to sublet SEO
If the domain is old then it's not rocket science like.
But why is it every mother and son witha laptop or internet cafe on places like freelancer etc offer seo services. You post a details description of what you want doing and the muppets after accepting the bid for "ethical link building" then offer to spam google in every article and directory on God's Planet.
I have lost $300 so far this week on employing SEO muppets.
For instance the website I paid this dude for automatically writes page title. metatags etc. The guy spent a day trying to explain to me the need for unique page titles......hello......I can't alter these.... they are automatic I can't alter them. And Paypal are just as bad..
